3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on customer specifications and may vary depending on materials, labour, and design complexity. Additional costs may apply for unforeseen issues or customer-requested changes.

4. Payments

A deposit may be required to secure bookings or initiate custom work. Full payment must be received upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer and other approved payment methods.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may cancel or reschedule services with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a charge. Refunds for goods are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Vehicles are roadworthy and accessible at the agreed location
Accurate information is provided for quotes and bookings
All valuables are removed from vehicles prior to work

7. Warranties and Liability

We provide warranties for parts and labour where applicable. Details are supplied with each service. EZ Kustoms is not liable for:

Pre-existing faults
Damage caused by misuse or third-party modifications
Delays outside our control (weather, supply issues, etc.)
