At EZ Kustoms, we offer shipping for selected parts, accessories, and van conversion components. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, options, and timeframes.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you are outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us directly to discuss options.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer standard and express delivery options via trusted couriers:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable.

5. Click & Collect

Customers may opt to collect parts or products directly from our workshop. Please contact us in advance to schedule a collection time.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.
